By using Sarugoviya you agree to these terms. The app is a matchmaker, not a party to any harvest sale.

The service

Sarugoviya lets farmers publish price-blind harvest posts and lets buyers unlock a private thread to negotiate. We do not take payment for goods, hold money in escrow, or arrange transport.

Farmers

Do not list a public price or ask buyers to pay Sarugoviya. Keep harvest facts honest. We may hide or disable a listing that breaks these rules.

Buyers

Browsing is free. Starting a new chat with a farmer uses one lead unlock credit, an active subscription, remaining free-tier unlocks, or a staff flag that makes buyer chats free. Repeat access to the same listing is free. You pay for access to the farmer, not for the produce.

Chat, contact, and offers

Do not share phone numbers, WhatsApp, email, or other off-app contact in chat or listing notes. Formal offers are the only place for a rupee price. An accepted offer closes that listing. Deals are completed off-platform between you and the other party.

Accounts

Keep your phone number under your control. We may mute, suspend, or block accounts that repeatedly leak contact details, post false harvests, or abuse the service. Sri Lankan law applies.
